Starting her career in estate agency at just 16, she has worked across a wide range of roles, developing a well-rounded and hands-on approach to both sales and lettings.

Since moving into lettings in 2008, Diane has progressed to Director level, giving her a strong commercial mindset alongside extensive operational expertise. As Operations Director at Simpson & Marwick, she focuses on driving performance, streamlining processes, and ensuring both clients and teams receive a consistently high standard of service.

Known for her straightforward approach and attention to detail, Diane is passionate about building strong client relationships and delivering results in what is often a fast-paced and complex market.
