Promotion - Terms & Conditions

  1. One Complimentary Home Report per property.
  2. Does not include a refresh of the Home Report should that be required.
  3. The property benefiting from the complimentary Home Report must be marketed and sold by Simpson & Marwick Limited.
  4. If the property is withdrawn from the market by the seller then a £500 plus VAT fee will be payable for the Home Report, alongside any other outlays and costs.
  5. Subject to a minimum Estate Agency fee of £3,000 or 1% of the property sale price.
  6. Sale and (if applicable) purchase conveyancing must be arranged via Simpson & Marwick and will be provided by Moray Legal Limited, with a standard Sale Conveyancing fee of £1,095 and Purchase Conveyancing fee of £1,295. Fees exclude VAT and Outlays.
  7. Complimentary Home Report cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional campaign or preferred terms.
  8. Complimentary Home Report must be stated in our Sale Quote and is not provided by default to all clients during the duration of the promotion.
  9. Complimentary Home Report is only available if the property is live on the market by 31/03/2025.
  10. Complimentary Home Report provided by our nominated supplier at the absolute discretion of Simpson & Marwick and may be withdrawn at any time.
