Debt Recovery Paralegal

The Opportunity…

We have an exciting opportunity for a Paralegal to join our team in Litigation / Dispute Resolution.

The role…

  • Act for a range of commercial clients in progressing the litigation caseload, from pre-action correspondence through to raising and progressing court actions
  • Obtain Decree and enforcement of Decree.
  • Liaise with clients, opponents, courts, and internal colleagues, to work together to ensure targets for quality and quantity are met.

 

The requirements…

  • Experience of running a debt recovery caseload of simple procedure and ordinary cause actions, from raising through to enforcement.
  • A working knowledge of using an online case management system, and of using Microsoft office and Microsoft teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

 

Law Society Accreditation desirable but not essential.
