This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing and ambitious team. In a Legal Secretarial role, you will provide secretarial and administrative support to our fee earners. The systems we use are Big Hand for dictation, visual files for case management and standard Microsoft packages for everything else.
Experience of a similar role is essential, and our ideal candidates will be enthusiastic and adaptable, possess excellent communication and organisational skills, demonstrate close attention to detail and be prepared to “go the extra mile” for the team. A strong work ethic and flexibility are essential in this challenging and exciting role.
Most of our staff work remotely at the moment, coming into the office only as required. This is likely to continue for the short term, but we’ve already invested in systems to support our move to a more blended style of working in future. We would prefer candidates to live within a reasonable commuting distance from our offices in Edinburgh or North Berwick.
