We list your property on simpsonmarwick.com as well as National and International portals. In addition, we have active social media accounts where we post most of our properties.

Yes.  We have a team of experienced Viewing Agents who are available to show a property if a client is unable to conduct their own viewings.  They are all extremely professional and well presented and provide us with feedback after every viewing.

Yes, our Edinburgh and East Lothian team work on a Saturday from 10am to 1pm.

Yes, while working with our legal partners we can also assist with legal work of your sale and any onward purchase.

Our average sale time in 2021 is 14 days, however, every sale is unique and the sale time will depend on a number of factors including the number of buyers in the market at any particular time.  We have experienced strong selling conditions in 2021 with an under supply of properties on the market which has led to faster sale times and higher prices being achieved (our average is 7.7% over the Home Report value whilst the ESPC average is 4.9%).

Yes, most residential property sales in Scotland will require a Home Report which is instructed by the seller.  The exceptions are new build sales and private sales.  Our ‘How We Market Property’ document above contains information on the cost of our Home Reports.
