Bobby Fife is a Director in the firm. He joined Simpson & Marwick in 2001 and specialises in residential conveyancing. With over 20 years of working in the Edinburgh property market behind him, he is a very experienced, approachable and efficient lawyer who enjoys working as part of the legal team and the challenges of meeting individual clients’ requirements leading to a successful purchase and/or sale. He particularly enjoys helping those taking their first steps on the property ladder, guiding those who have not made a move for many years and catching up with and assisting the many repeat clients that return to make their next move with Simpson & Marwick.
