Fallon Sara Spencer

Fallon is the Head of Corporate Property services having joined the firm in March 2022 from her position as a principal with a well-known Glasgow firm. Fallon completed her LLB (Hons) and Diploma in Professional Legal Practice before obtaining her Masters in Corporate Finance from the University of Glasgow.  Fallon specialises in property financing, secured lending, refinances, portfolio sales and acquisitions, acting for developers and investors as well as limited companies in all property related matters.  Fallon recognises the need for commercial, clear and solution-based legal advice and she has a reputation of delivering outstanding results for her clients. Fallon is passionate about innovating the delivery of legal services to provide clients with access to modern and accessible services without compromising in service or expertise.
