Richard Loudon has been responsible for residential property purchases and sales in Edinburgh and East Lothian for 42 years having joined the firm in 1979 and is now a Consultant focusing principally on the strategic growth of the business. Richard has extensive knowledge of the area and its property market. He continues to deal with the marketing of some properties and the negotiation of some purchases and sales and has always been constantly aware of the importance of providing a first class service to both existing and new clients.
