Karen is our Service Delivery Manager and qualified as a Residential Conveyancing Paralegal in 1998. She has worked for the firm for over 18 years, specialises in complex cases and is an Accredited Paralegal with the Law Society of Scotland. Karen provides the required MI to our lender clients and is in regular contact with lender clients to review performance and processes.
